Specific-Group  develops custom software solutions for corporate clients in Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, USA and Russia. For doing this we have sales and service divisions in the local markets and development centers in Belarus (Minsk and Grodno), Austria, Germany, Poland and Lithuania.

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our new fast-growing bank account.

Partner description: Leading banking group in CIS region with 15+ millions of customers providing full suite of banking services. The key objectives are to accelerate digitalization of all business communication channels and build a cutting-edge operational platform based on a new-generation microservice IT architecture to reduce time-to-market for new products and provide 80%+ of banking services through digital channels without visiting a branch.

The main goal is to build a unified state-of-the-art banking platform with an open-source based, scalable, reliable and data-driven technology stack in order to improve the efficiency of all operating processes.

Project description: Technological solutions are focused on developing industry-leading solutions in rollout of biometric identification platforms, robotics and advanced analytics, AI-powered virtualization of banking processes, creating open interfaces for prompt partner integration, and cloud infrastructure automation for accelerating and scaling capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements for automation of business processes;

  • Development and getting approval of technical specifications and design of solutions;

  • Creating user stories and tasks for development team;

  • Final functional testing of the developed product before production rollout;

  • Organizing and conducting acceptance tests and supporting Go-Live phase;

  • Presenting new functionality to stakeholders, as well as driving primary training of key users;

  • Business root cause analysis of production issues incl. 3rd-line support;

  • Communication with developers, business analysts and representatives of a customer;

  • Translate customer’s requirements to the tech language and communicates them effectively to delivery teams and business stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • Real production experience in BA in banking for 3+ years;

  • Good knowledge and production experience with SQL;

  • Strong prototyping skills to create graphical description of business processes, integrations using BPMN and UML diagrams;

  • Strong experience in detailing of web-services based integrations (SOAP and REST);

  • Good knowledge of UI building principles;

  • Understanding of Java basics or other programming languages;

  • Good understanding of Microservices architecture principles incl. key differences with Monolith and challenges of each approach;

  • Deep knowledge & experience in Agile (Scrum & Kanban), ability to facilitate all process rituals;

  • Strong understanding of SDLC (software development life cycle);

  • Strong Experience with Jira or any other ticket tracking systems;

  • Strong motivation, proactivity, ability to work independently in allocated team;

  • Stress tolerance and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;

  • Willing to make extra-mile to deliver commitments;

  • Will be plus:

  • Understanding GDPR-compliance basics and application security aspects;

  • Experience with Enterprise Architect;

Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
