We are looking for an IT Researcher to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a search for qualified candidates by using an acquired network, LinkedIn, social media, Job Boards, forums and other user groups
  • Conduct behavioral interviews with candidates
  • Continuously communicate with technology leadership in regard to the recruitment process
  • Qualify candidates during the interviews and submit to the Sales team for a specific role
  • Check referrals for each candidate who is in the employment process
  • Work closely with the sales team on a daily basis to gather and send updates to the candidates submitted
  • Meet KPI’s set by management for the team and personal goals
  • Keep in touch with the candidate from the initial contact throughout employment on the project and beyond
  • Generate referrals for future business opportunities
  • Communicate all of the challenges and questions in a timely manner to the management

 Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional recruiting/research experience in the IT industry
  • Experience working with multiple applicants tracking systems
  • Comfortable conducting multiple conversations with candidates and clients on a daily basis
  • Ability to effectively use behavioral-based interview techniques
  • Knowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices
  • Experience putting together technical job descriptions
  • Proficiency and a good understanding of the local IT market
  • Expertise in establishing social media campaigns for the recruitment outreach
  • Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requirements simultaneously
  • Ability to work well independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Adaptable, quick learner with the ability to pick up company systems and processes quickly
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Determined personality
  • Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
