More than a dozen of the world's top primary ticketing companies have integrated Lyte into their platforms, including AEG's Elevate, Live Nation's Front Gate, and Eventbrite.


We’re looking for a Product Manager to build mission-critical tools for our client success, fan support and operations teams. You will own the infrastructure, processes and tooling that empower these teams to deliver high quality services and experiences to fans and event owners. You will be responsible for guiding product strategy, functional requirements and product design to ensure our internal tools and processes are simple, clear, and reliable. Your work will be essential to Lyte’s overall success as you increase our core operations’ short-term efficiency and long-term scalability.


  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for all essential internal tools at Lyte
  • Identify creative opportunities to improve new tools, features and processes
  • Define product requirements, phasing and rollout plans that balance short-term needs and long-term goals
  • Collaborate with the broader Product team in resource allocation and other critical decision making
  • Simplify, automate or otherwise improve operational processes and tools
  • Identify scalable solutions to help drive better customer experiences from the inside out
  • Collaborate with designers to create prototypes and mockups for new user flows
  • Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the development process 
  • Work with users of each internal tool to identify pain points and get feedback on product strategy
  • Define and analyze metrics for product success, health and efficiency
  • Document product requirements, release notes and training materials for new features


  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Experience with product / roadmap management tools (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Trello)
  • Experience working on internal tools and platforms
  • Ability to translate customers’ needs into the most appropriate solution, even if it’s not what they expected or asked for
  • Proven ability to scope, develop, ship and iterate new products
  • Experience at a fast-paced startup in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
