Specific-Group Software Solutions develops custom software solutions for corporate clients in Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia and USA.

We are growing actively, have ambitious plans and now we need an HR Generalist who loves and knows how to recruit, take care of the HR processes of the company, knows how to build communication and approach problem solving outside the box. Responsibilities:Managing HR processes (30-50%):

  • Onboarding process
  • Staffing adaptation process
  • Assessment process
  • Exit interviews
  • Conducting useful surveys, analyze results
  • Maintenance corporate culture
  • Participation in the automation of HR functions (implementation of improvements)
  • Education (organization knowledge sharings, workshops, English classes, external education)
  • Motivation (material and non-material)
  • 1:1 meetings (health check potential risks, career growing)
  • Thinking through and implementing new ideas to improve the HR brand

Full life cycle IT recruiting(50-70%):

  • Active recruiting of IT specialists (Java, JS, .NET, DevOps, QA, Business Analyst, Database Developers, etc.)
  • Use of professional social media in the work, working with an internal base, referrals, etc;
  • Creation of detailed vacancies, data collection, searching and providing necessary information to candidates
  • Conducting interesting and valuable HR interviews
  • Arranging technical and customer’s interviews
  • Maintaining feedback
  • Salary negotiations
  • Arranging job offers and contract signing
  • Analyzing and developing recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT HR/Recruiting sphere at least 3 years
  • Love for people, recruitment and all HR processes
  • Intermediate+ English (both verbal/written)
  • Politeness and openness
  • Sense of humor and measure
  • Warm attitude towards colleagues
  • Broad outlook and creativity
