We are seeking a part-time Junior Recruiter to join Craft to help us expand our distributed team. This role will primarily imply candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling responsibilities and requires an enthusiastic, resourceful, self-starter, with strong communication skills.
In this role you will:
- Conduct searches on available job boards to source resumes to fill existing and future job openings;
- Identify qualified candidate profiles as well as conduct outbound messaging and calls to passive and active candidates;
- Schedule interviews and update current status in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruiting records;
