Being a Technical Recruiter is all about having the capability to identify, attract, and hire the best talents on the market and match them with the right project. 

Your role as a Technical Recruiter will include:

  • Manage the daily operations of the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Identification of candidates that match the desired skill set for a current or future job opening using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
  • Coordination with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Promotion of employer brand online and offline
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of employment trends, job seeker behavior, sourcing strategies, and labor market analytics 
  • Developing and providing metrics and reports of resourcing activity
  • Developing sourcing strategy
  • Preparing Intelligence Research Market Analyzes

  • With 2+ years of experience in the recruitment of technical roles in IT Company ( Software Developers and different technologies) 
  • With an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Target driven, Exceptional communicator, Networker, Approachable, Confident, Reliable, Organized
  • With proficient English language
