Mifort is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist/Sales Assistant. The purpose of this role is to locate prospective clients and schedule meetings with direct sales agents. 

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal communication  and time management skills
  • Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Proactive 
  • Pay attention to details 
  • Respect deadlines and manage others to follow them
  • Capable to work under pressure in a fast-changing surrounding


  • Contact prospects daily via email, phone, and other various forms of outreach;
  • Prospect identification within social media such as LinkedIn;
  • Actively spread information about our company through the different channels
  • Active search and attraction of potential clients;
  • Initial contact with potential clients on social networks (such as LinkedIn), via email, phone and formal letters and follow-up on status;
  • Maintain email connections with prospective clients;
  • Engage in web chat with prospective clients when they enter online store
  • Transition of prospective client to sales agent;
  • Generation of new sales leads;
  • Promote and sell IT projects;
  • Filling and updating data in a CRM system;
  • Schedule meetings with clients and document meetings


  • Office in the center of Minsk, 6 minutes walk from metro station Frunzenskaya. But until Corona is defeated you can work from home
