This is an internal contract position in a "Centralized Hiring" team at Upwork on a full-time remote basis.
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter with a developed network of candidates in Belarus to help us hire the most qualified engineers in this region and other parts of the world.
Must-have requirements:
- 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience in a tech company(s) - don't hesitate to apply if you have 10+ years of experience;
- strong sourcing and negotiation skills - you can find and attract qualified candidates without the job boards;
- getting things done mindset - you are proactive in closing the positions and doing all necessary actions in this direction, with minimum supervision from others;
- at least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- you are comfortable working in both sourcer and full-stack recruiter modes;
- "quality not quantity" is one of your key principles of work.
