DigiTech7 is an IT company, which provides a full cycle of software development services. 

In connection with expanding the business into new markets, we’re searching for a talented Lead Generation Manager. The new team member will be responsible for sourcing and developing new sales opportunities using different channels (LinkedIn, Upwork).

We also consider candidates without experience in lead generation and sales, but with the motivation to succeed in this area - we are ready to teach you from scratch!

The deadline for applying for the vacancy is January 26, 2021. The choice of candidates will be based on a test assignment.

What are the key responsibilities of a new team member?

  • Searching for potential clients and business opportunities (LinkedIn, Upwork) - maintain and grow the lead database;
  • Profiles optimization, creating templates of messages. Communication on a daily basis;
  • Managing the lead generation process;
  • Communication with leads and bringing them to the initial call/meeting;
  • Lead negotiations and keeping relationships with relevant decision-makers (B2B). Promotion and presenting the company's services to potential clients, holding meetings, and qualifying leads. 

Things we seek:

  • Strong writing and speaking skills in English for communicating with clients (at least Upper-Intermediate level). Additional knowledge of other foreign languages (e.g. German) is highly appreciated;
  • Experience of work with document management tools (Google Sheets & Google Docs), MS Office;
  • Ability to deal with a significant amount of information;
  • Good communication and sales skills; focus on results.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in lead sourсing and generation or sales;
  • Experience working with IT Sphere.
