Job Description Overview:
- A proactive search of candidates is the main goal of the Recruiter. We’re looking for a person who will:
- Analyze job and project descriptions in order to attract the right candidates;
- Create detailed job vacancy description;
- Quickly identify search areas and advertise active positions on relevant networks;
- Conduct assessment interviews to evaluate if candidates meet the position requirements.
Essential Duties:
- Recruit top talent people and achieve hiring goals;
- Share and exchange information with management;
- Collaborate with a hiring manager to establish hiring criteria and select searching methods;
- Attend recruiting and corporate meetings weekly;
- Offer process management;
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment;
- Demonstrate an ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
- Desire to work and collaborate with others in a team;
- Strong positive communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to details;
- Intermediate level of English.
