We’re hiring for a Lead Generator / Sales Specialist at Innovative Future!

At Innovative Future, we're creating an intelligent InFuture platform that helps clients to improve service delivery and increase efficiency of the entire business by digitizing manual processes, maximizing the productivity of people, and better integrating legacy technology systems in such domains as Banking & Finance, Insurance, HealthCare and other.

We use machine learning approaches and statistical techniques to classify and extract data from huge amounts of structured and unstructured documents (invoices, e-mails, images, etc.) of various formats (.doc, .pdf, .png, etc.) with better quality and in times faster than other world competitors.


We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation specialist to join our team in Minsk.


 - Understand who is our ideal customer, their needs and requirements

 - Identify new sales opportunities

 - Generate leads through social networks, groups, and other sources to identify points of interests of our target audience

 - Help plan and execute social media outreach campaigns

 - Participate in the team and client meetings, generate ideas, take initiative and responsibility

 - Develop and guide relationships with the prospects in order to create mutually beneficial opportunities


 - Hands-on experience with IT lead generation precess

 - C1+ English level

 - Superb analytical skills

 - Outstanding time management and organizational skills

 - Ability to self-organize, multi-task and manage time effectively

 - Strong communication skills

 - Results-driven attitude


- Work experience with Sales/Marketing process automation tools

- Understanding of Sales/Marketing pipeline management process

- Technical background
