Customertimes has been on the market for 15 years and during this period our portfolio includes more than 4000 projects implementation for Abbott, Bayer, Novartis, Upsa, Johnson & Johnson, Pharmstandard, Amazon, Forex Club, Danone, Philips, HP etc. The main areas of our work are Lifescience, Healthcare, Manufacturing and CPG. We are looking for a Country Head for our friendly team of Belarussian location.

Administration Processes:

  • Own the admin and general business support function within the location;
  • Prepare, plan and execute budget for the location;
  • Ensure, support and work on streamlining and optimization of all the administration processes of the location which are required for the delivery organization to perform its services;
  • Identify and resolve any issues in the supporting business processes of the organization;
  • Work closely with the supporting departments (Admin, Finance, HR, Legal, other) in order to implement and promote CT standards within the location. Work with local representatives of these departments in order to address location-specific tasks and needs;
  • Support global departments in communications with local 3rd-parties and sub-contractors in order to ensure business continuity;
  • Delegate part of these functions to branch managers (big locations only), perform oversight and provide guidance to branches;

Recruitment:

  • Own the overall recruitment process for the location;
  • Own the process of finding and providing resources to projects of the Delivery organization;
  • Work closely with Salesforce and ENT Practice Heads to identify needs short-, mid- and long-term needs of the organization;
  • Work together with HR Department in order to establish and execute the staffing strategy for the location;
  • Be responsible for high-seniority hires and Senior layer of the organization;
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining balanced seniority pyramid within the organization;
  • Be ready to apply agile principles to the recruitment process and adjust the staffing strategy depending on the business needs and changing business environment;
  • Work with HRD, local recruitment lead and his/her team to establish and execute proper recruitment strategy;
  • Perform oversight and provide recommendations to the recruitment team in order to increase efficiency of their activities;
  • Attend interviews for senior-level FTEs, establish and oversee process of interviews for mid- and junior-level positions;

Staffing-related Responsibilities:

  • Work with Practice Heads and Delivery Heads on staffing strategies for new engagements, as well as team extensions for existing initiatives;
  • Demonstrate good understanding of the local employee market to identify opportunities for successful recruitment;
  • Form new teams according to project requirements, skillset and balanced seniority index;
  • Own the PnL for the location;
  • Cooperate with other Country Heads to support global initiatives and multi-location project staffing;
  • Resolve blockers and conflicts appearing during the staffing process;
  • Propose candidates and teams to Delivery Heads’ evaluation;
  • Plan and efficiently execute rotations within teams and projects;
  • Receive and address feedback from the Delivery organization, as well as Sales organization, on the performance of location’s employees;
  • Own the staffing process within internal CRM for the location;

HR-related responsibilities:

  • Own HR processes within the location;
  • Work closely with HRD and local HR Business partner to establish and execute proper HR strategy within the location;
  • Establish and contribute to positive, healthy and professional psychological environment within the organization;
  • Ensure low attrition within the location by establishing people-centric approach within the organization, healthy relations within teams and efficient motivation model;
  • Drive internal and external HR Brand of Customertimes within the location;
  • Be a role model to employees;
  • Drive consulting mindset, values of proactiveness, ownership and growth-oriented mentality within the organization;
  • Perform regular & preventive health checks on motivation and psychological comfort of employees working on projects;
  • Steer and support competence development within the location;
  • Manage Appraisals and Personal Reviews processes;
  • Execute efficient and reasonable salary review process;
  • Attend and actively contribute to personal reviews of employees, review and approve personal development plans;
  • Steer People Partner activities within the location;

LnD-related responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and address needs in LnD area for employees in the location;
  • Work closely with Delivery Heads to identify weak links and skills of locations’ employees which need to be improved;
  • Work with Head of LnD, as well as with local LnD professionals, to satisfy the needs of the delivery organization;
  • Based on assessments and regular performance reviews, identify trends and common areas for improvement, recommend and organize activities to elevate internal standards;
  • Cooperate with Country Heads and Department Managers from other locations in order to support unified people management and LnD strategies across all locations
