What you’ll do:
- Lead the department and assure its growth (hiring, training, resource management, career management, invoicing, contracting, team revenue targets)
- Negotiate contracts and close deals (draft promotional materials together with Marketing team, coordinate with sales and pre-sales on RFI and RFP)
What you’ll need to be successful:
- In-depth knowledge and advanced understanding of Odoo ecosystem (6+ years of experience), a consultant or architect’s certificate would be a plus
- Managerial experience would be a plus, but it’s not something we require
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great command of English
