In addition to having an affinity for tech and experience in customer success, we want to build a team that thrives on asking questions, addressing challenges, and nurturing customers.As a Customer Success Manager, you will build positive and lasting relationships with our clients. 

Your duties will include:

  • Onboard new customers
  • Follow-up on renewal and expansion - keep track on customer lifecycle and follow up on their contracts the goal is to increase customer revenue
  • Provide internal and external trainings, introduce new features and content
  • According to the customer needs advise best practices and solutions
  • Encourage upsells and cross-sells to the existing customers - reach out directly to the customer and explain why additional purchase will be helpful and how business can benefit from it
  • Be the voice of the customer - organize, analyze and share information and feedback provided from customer to other departments, ensuring that company decisions are always considering voice of customer
  • Keeping up to date with any product updates, release, processes and making sure its documented and communicated to the customer

We expect you to have:

  • Passion about your role and contribution to company vision
  • Positive attitude towards customers, company and colleagues
  • Energy and self-drive - being eager to learn and keen to share
  • Previous experience in IT industry would be considered as advantage; At least 2 years’ experience in B2B
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to carefully listen
  • Professionalism and tact - hold yourself to high standards
  • Good organizational, time-management and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • A result-driven personality
