Your job will be to facilitate the sales and pre-sales process, talk to leads and clients, and be an integral part of our business and the RFx team. We already have the leads and the knowledge, now we need the skills and the will to build a process around that.
Bridge our leads and our services by facilitating a transparent sales process;
Analyze the prospect’s needs and map them into our abilities;
Respond to requests, prepare and present proposals;
Cultivate a fruitful relationship with potential clients;
Be the production teams’ go-to contact for all client-related inquiries;
Oversee a personal database of client activities through the CRM system.
2+ years of B2B Business Development experience;
Adequate understanding of the software development life cycle;
Strong analytical skills and very practical approach in solving challenges;
Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of clients and internal teams;
Proven success using internal resources effectively and efficiently to support sales strategies;
Nice to have:
Ability to control or contribute to the RFx process;
Ability to generate own leads and opportunities.
Relocation to Minsk / Brest if needed;
No focus on lead generation, only closing;
You’ll have the freedom to make your own decisions;
