EIS Group is looking for a middle / senior manual testing specialist with great desire to improve our insurance products while working in our internal Product Support team.
As a part of the Product Support Test Team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in activities such as:
Review and validation of issues raised by our customers and project teams which includes:
Issues acceptance against functional requirements with product owners
Issues reproducing on the different product versions
Detailed scenario description with steps to reproduce, actual and expected results (in JIRA)
Close communication with product owners, business analysts, developers and QAs from all product teams
Work according to the best support practices and standards
As a result you will have a wide understanding of all system modules and products.
Experience in Software Testing from 1.5 years on manual tester position
Strong communication skills
Intermediate English level (or higher)
Ability to work in a distributed team
Good understanding of Software Development process
Experience in product support is a plus
Understanding of REST services, familiarity with XML and JSON syntax is a plus
Willingness to learn and work on improving your skills and knowledge
