About the role

We are looking for a Middle to Senior Sales/Marketing Manager (80% Sales and 20% Marketing workload) with a strong analytical background that can work independently. Your main role will be to create Company Sales and Marketing processes from scratch and to use them in daily work. You will also be involved in analyzing internal traffic, suggesting ways to increase its effectiveness and business value for the company as well as estimating growth points and setting efficient internal processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related job experience. Prior start-up or agency experience is a bonus
  • Previous work experience in IT sales
  • Higher education or undergraduate student;
  • High level in English (at least B2)
  • Strong writing skills in English
  • Proactive, results-oriented and self-motivated personality, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
  • Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills required
  • Hands on experience with the Google Suite of Solutions (AdWords, Display Network, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics etc), MailChimp (or other email platforms)
  • Comfortable designing and executing campaigns on Linkedin
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our Sales and Marketing directions
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SEO, social, search, and email campaigns

  • Design, execute, analyze and optimize on-going marketing and sales hypothesis tests

  • Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls

  • Meeting planned sales goals

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs

  • Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales

  • Collect and record the contact information of prospects and leads

  • Identify prospect's business needs and goals to determine solution

  • Able to build strong networks in and outside the organization

  • Actively search and attract new corporate clients from the USA, EU, UK, Canada.

  • Generate leads via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and others

  • Conduct meetings to present the company and clarify the requirements for the first time

  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and other documents

  • Lead the full cycle of sale process - from the first contact to the closing of the transaction
