Deltix is looking for an extra-professional leader with a technical background for building a Client & Technical support team.

  • Build from scratch and manage a performing support team to achieve business objectives
  • Sustain metrics and ensure we are meeting our customer service level agreements (SLA).
  • Bring visibility of our customer base to the organization. Provide recommendations for process, as well as product through customer reporting and feedback

  • Serving as a manager, mentor, knowledge resource, and escalation point for your team members, build credibility and trust within your team
  • Ensure proper systems and team collaboration are in place to build and promote knowledge sharing
  • Retain key employees and grow team of professional Technical Support Engineers
  • Manage workflows and schedules for your team members to ensure adequate and equitable workload coverage
  • Conduct interviews and hire team members
  • Deliver best-in-class technical support to Deltix customers as measured by customer effort and other key performance indicators

Skills we're looking for:

  • Previous experience of creating (or involvement in creating) and maintaining processes at any technical team
  • Experience of leading projects hands-on from end to end
  • Proven ability to build relationships
  • Exceptional skills in data manipulation and analysis
  • Customer centric attitude and mindset
  • At least upper-intermediate level of speaking and writing English
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
  • One-year supervisory experience in a Technical Support department

  • Prior experience with SQL (MariaDB, MY SQL, etc.)
