HYPERVSN is looking for a Business Development Manager with an extensive experience in sales and channel management.

HYPERVSN is a London-based company that develops hi-tech smart visual technologies. The company was backed by world-recognized investors Mark Cuban and Sir Richard Branson. HYPERVSN has won numerous international awards - Digital Signage Product of the Year AV Awards 2018 by AV Magazine and the Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce Technology Award 2019, among the latest. We worked with global brands like Samsung, Intel, Aston Martin, and others.

Description:

  • Driving the company’s sales through Channel Partners and, less often, direct users. 
  • Building and executing a pipeline generation plan that leads to partners exceeding their annual incremental, net new business requirements 
  • Articulating the strategy, value proposition and solution offerings to partners 
  • Co-developing and executing with managed partners local demand generation activities 
  • Able to meet and exceed annual Sales targets 
  • Making sure partners meet sales goals and developing account plans 
  • Market development activities (creating strategic partnerships, planning and overseeing marketing initiatives, etc.) 
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for monitoring partners performance and meeting the company’s targets and Sales targets in a region 
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, product teams to support, orchestrate, enable and manage the regional partners 
  • Identifying and pursuing leads, expanding the customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key partners/customers 
  • Closing deals independently and working with local partners to achieve the best results; 
  • Overseeing that manufacturer/distributor contracts are being complied with and protecting the manufacturer’s interests

Required skills:

  • 4+ years channel management experience in IT field or technology company 
  • Fluent in spoken & written English  
  • Proven business, planning & organizational, and analytical skills 
  • A good 'grasp' of sales and strong communications skills 
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding a quarter and annual Sales targets 
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals of $100k and over 
  • Energetic and self-motivated. Positive attitude. Get-it-done approach 
  • History of strong leadership and teamwork skills  
  • Skilled at handling complex business issues 
  • Able to improve ideas and influence channel partners in a highly sensitive environment; 
  • Able to work in a cross-functional environment including managing projects; 
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results 
  • Flexible to travel to work in up-country

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in B2B sales 
  • Having lived or currently living in an English-speaking country 
  • Ability to speak several languages 
  • Knowledge of the digital signage industry, its key players and current events 
  • Existing customer base in the Digital Signage/Digital Out-of-Home industries 
  • Understanding of the marketplace and competitive landscape
