For Minsk team, we are looking for Application Support Specialists. Team members that love a challenge and do whatever it takes to resolve tickets.
Daily tasks / Responsibilities:
- Operational support tasks in the Application Support team working with Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Answering customer phone calls
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Solving and managing incidents and service requests according to defined SLA and KPI metrics
- Having ownership of tasks, pro-actively following up on them and ensuring fast resolution
- Documenting your work in a clear and precise manner
- Following existing processes - Incident Management, Service Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, Event Management processes and others
- 1+ year of experience working as an application support specialist
- Passion and technical expertise in Microsoft Azure products and services (big plus)
- Ability to work in shifts
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to make quick decisions, align priorities and execute tasks
- Understanding of ITIL practices
