About the role:

Currently we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for our Minsk office.


  • Updating the plan on a quarterly basis, adjusting to reflect changing business priorities
  • Ensuring the team builds and maintains candidate pipelines for high priority and high level positions
  • Utilizing a broad range of sourcing channels to identify top talent across the region and beyond
  • Recruiting the candidates for high level positions
  • Ensuring hires are delivered on time against the hiring plan and adjusting team size accordingly to meet hiring plan requirements
  • Managing and coordinating a growing Talent Acquisition team, developing recruiting capability in the Minsk Talent Acquisition team
  • Reporting to business leaders about team results


  • 5+ years of progressive Recruiting, Talent acquisition experience
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Experience in full life cycle recruitment process within an IT company
  • Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering markets
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and surpass hiring goals
