Full cycle of recruiting and headhunting (80% headhunting+relocation);
Proactively source and contact passive candidates for niche positions (DS, C++, Python, Mobile, etc.) with relentless follow up;
Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles, write captivating job descriptions, and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates;
Utilize modern, cutting-edge technology and tools in recruiting as provided by Mapbox;
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure that we successfully hire top talent at Mapbox;
Integrate HR-process into Minsk office in close collaboration with US TA team.
Responsible for HR-activities (on-boarding, adaptation, performance review, off-boarding, etc.);
Maintaining candidate DB & real-time candidate tracking;
It will be a multitasking role.
Professional experience in IT Recruiting more than 2+ years;
Experience with sourcing & headhunting via all networks;
Experience and comfort reaching out to passive candidates at all levels;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build quick rapport, and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers;
Ability to successfully extend, negotiate, and personally close offers;
Strong collaborative skills and flexibility in fulfilling multiple roles;
Speaking English: Upper-Intermediate +;
Experience in HR Generalist role is preferred;
Experience in candidates relocation from abroad;
Flexibility, self-confidence, kindliness and infinite charm.
