Banuba is a rapidly growing startup that develops technologies for augmented reality-enabled mobile applications. We’re currently working on AI-based and computer vision technologies that can identify facial expressions, gestures and objects in real-time.
We welcome talented candidates to apply for the open position of a Customer Support Manager, who will be responsible for forming the company’s image, maintaining all kinds of customer support activities and driving various initiatives to encourage the growth of Banuba’s community and enhance users’ appreciation of our products.
· Give extensive and professional replies to AppStore/Google Play reviews;
· Give proper replies to all messages sent to firstname.lastname@example.org;
· Closely communicate with users in social media. Reply to users’ comments and personal messages;
· Keep in touch with relevant bloggers regarding the app’s reviews;
· Study competitors and promote our products to the target audience;
· Report on work done;
· Participate in daily team activities (stand-up rallies, knowledge sharing, sprint planning);
· Learn materials related to machine learning, computer vision, augmented reality, virtual reality, neural network, and artificial intelligence.
· Excellent command of English (from Upper-Intermediate to fluent English).

· Good technical background;
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle stress;
· Ability to resolve issues, decision-making skills and logical thinking;
· Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
