About the role:
We are looking for a positive and active Support Manager with an excellent command of English to join our team of professionals.
- Securing quick and professional response (according to domestic policies) to any issue the user has (in English);
- Provision of a timely response and notification of the team on the issues with users’ access to games and app services;
- Identification and reporting of trends, occurring questions and keeping the knowledge database updated.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Russian;
- Experience in supporting projects in B2C;
- Strong self-organization and ability to work independently in stressful situations;
- High level of empathy - the ability to understand troubles of other people;
- Good sense of humour and the ability to use it in conversation in a creative and entertaining way.
