Technical Support team is involved in all the stages of the development process, that is from creating tech specs to deploying the application, from the business needs to an operational product.
Juno Tech Support team is dealing with all development teams, customer support and business office directly. Technologies involved:
- All parts of Juno service (iOS and Android applications, web systems and server side)
- Dealing with issues (Zendesk)
- Event analysis (Mixpanel, Crashlytics)
- Data analysis (Python, PostgreSQL)
- Tons of logs (Kibana)
- Marketing tools (MailChimp)
- Customer communication tools (Mandrill, Twilio)
Internally, we call this team “Super heroes”. Activities:
- Data analysis
- Troubleshooting of tech issues (Mobile, Web, BE, Mobile devices SW\HW issues)
- Automations and Tools development for support purposes
