We are looking for R&D manager for our projects.
You will manage the development of several projects simultaneously with 30+ employees. The R&D manager will be responsible for implementing the best managerial practices across the studios, constant improvement of development processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Innovation and envision. Technologically, methodologically and business-logically analysis of ideas. Innovation and invention must be present in your thinking;
- Risk and issue management. Ensuring that all risks and issues are identified and where appropriate handled;
- Work with Product owners and other stakeholders;
- Implementation of Scrum and Agile methodologies;
- Controlling of the whole development cycle and work closely with Marketing, SLS team and other departments;
- Effectively apply defined research project management methodologies and enforce project standards;
- Effectively cooperation with key project team members, including career planning, motivation, performance review.
Skills and Abilities:
- More than 5+ year work as Project or Delivery Manager in software company;
- Experience with management of cross functional teams with 20+ employees;
- Strong planning skills;
- Knowledge of client-side languages
- General management education will be a plus.
