Currently we are looking for a Senior HRM/ Senior Recruiter for our Minsk office.
Lead full-cycle candidate selection and recruitment process for a broad range of open IT positions, including candidate searching, interviewing, preparing Job offers;
Build a strong HR brand on the market communicating corporate culture and values to the team and IT community as whole;
Plan, organize and control all HR-processes in the company;
Provide seamless employee-focused support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding, performance cycles and critical moments through departure;
Develop and implement motivation programs as a basis for higher team productivity and employee loyalty;
Demonstrate good judgement and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data;
Manage and coordinate a growing HR team.
A successful candidate needs to have the following skills and experience:
4+ years of progressive HRM, Talent acquisition experience;
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Good market knowledge and network in the local market;
Experience in full life cycle recruitment process within an IT company;
Background in providing up to date market information and recruiting practices;
Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering markets;
Knowledge of recruitment focused on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques;
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently in a dynamic environment;
Exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and surpass hiring goals;
Excelent leadership, managerial and problem-solving skills, good at motivating others.
