Position
We are looking for an experienced Head of Client Support to organize and manage client support team across all the counties.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
•    Establish customer support model that aligns with the business and customer needs
•    Lead global Client Support
•    Define and implement service offers based on customer and market requirements; development and implementation of go-to-market strategies, cost control strategies and internal /external process improvement implementation
•    Understand trends of product support issues and work with Product Management and Engineering to reduce future issues and releases of products; represent the company at all stages of product development
•    Identify and predict the demand for technical support and accordingly develop budgets that sustain that level of support
•    Drive tech support team to provide exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
•    Ensure that necessary statistical measures are gathered and reported as required by executive management
•    Provide adequate training for staff to ensure necessary levels of technical competency are available
•    Aссept responsibility for escalated customer problems and work directly with customer to ensure the highest levels of resolution and satisfaction
•    Direct and monitor the activities of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes
